Past Projects

We’re not satisfied merely building condominium projects - we set out to create communities. In every project we undertake, we set out to do nothing less than change the landscape of the area we're building in.

Here's where we've done it so far:

Calgary:

  • Laurel House at the Park - A multiple-award winning 120-home condominium community in SW Calgary, Alberta
  • Trafalgar House at the Park - 170-home condominium community in SW Calgary
  • Morgan at the Park - a 231-home condominium community in SW Calgary

Lower Mainland:

  • The Fairways - a 268 suite apartment condominium development at the edge of the Meadow Gardens Golf Course in Pitt Meadows.
  • Trellaine - a 162-unit collection of two-story carriage homes, apartment condominiums and garden apartments in the heart of Richmond, B.C.
  • Waterside - a 203-home condominium building right on the waterfront in Richmond.
  • Heatherstone - an intimate collection of 65 condominiums and city homes on the West Side of Vancouver.
  • Imperial Tower - a 20-storey high-rise building featuring 129 homes in the heart of downtown Vancouver
  • Sunnyvale - a 296 suite home community in Richmond

  • Laurel House at The Park A Magusta Development

    Laurel House at the Park

Magusta's first project in Calgary, this 120-home, 3-story condominium community minutes away from downtown Calgary, rejuvenated the area around the old CFB Calgary Airfield.

Laurel House was awarded a "SAM Award" from the Calgary Region Home Builders Association for "Best Low Rise Apartment Community" in 2001. Laurel House was also recognized for "Best Sales and Information Centre, Multi Family."

    Heatherstone

An intimate project in Vancouver's Cambie neighbourhood, this 65-unit 4-story building reflects the heritage of the neighbourhood. This project broke new ground with both its innovative design features (a mansard roofline, palladian windows, wood siding and cultured stone cladding) and it's forward looking building technology -- a rain screen building envelope.

  • Waterside A Magusta Development
